漫畫的表現形式因為充滿著幽默的內涵與誇張的造型趣味，故在二十世紀蓬勃發展成普羅大眾最喜愛的通俗文化並晉升至藝術面向的大眾化美術。在歐、美、日，漫畫的創作亦成了庶民的生活之娛樂，同時也對社會現象的種種提出針砭的評論，由於觸及市井小民感同身受的議題而頗能引起群眾的共鳴，在創作形式上，漫畫的豐采均擁有廣大的讀者群。 透過演練和講述，完全一覽漫畫的奧妙與趣味，進而讓同學建立對漫畫文化的清楚認知與觀念。
