教育目標 Course Target

社工專業強調人在情境中,家庭往往是人們最初且重要的情境,人受家庭形塑且一輩子影響甚深,因此,學習把家庭視為一整體、釐清對家庭的信念及建立以家庭為中心的干預視角是首要目標之一;隨著時代快速變遷,家庭的樣態多元且複雜,對多樣化家庭的生態系統更多瞭解,並釐清對待弱勢家庭的價值,有助於未來提供相關處遇;透過課程講授、輔以影片的解析,加上模擬體驗式的接觸家庭及介入評估,使學習者可不僅理解文獻所述,更能在實作中深刻領悟。The social work major emphasizes that people are in situations, and family is often people's first and most important situation. People are shaped by family and have a profound influence throughout their lives. Therefore, they must learn to regard the family as a whole, clarify their beliefs about the family, and establish a family-centered approach. The intervention perspective is one of the primary goals; with the rapid changes of the times, families have become more diverse. And complex, understanding more about the ecosystem of diverse families and clarifying the value of treating disadvantaged families will help provide relevant treatment in the future; through course teaching, supplemented by video analysis, plus simulated experiential contact with families and Interventional assessment enables learners to not only understand what is stated in the literature, but also to gain a deep understanding in practice.


課程概述 Course Description

隨著時代快速變遷,家庭的樣態多元且複雜,家庭社會工作是針對多樣化家庭的生態進行系統動力的瞭解,針對家庭所面臨的諸多困境,採取專業系統評估與多元化的綜融處遇。由於社工所面臨的家庭處境常是邊緣與複雜的,如何以合適的價值、態度與倫理偕同弱勢家庭或系統網絡間合作,並秉持以家庭為中心、社區為基礎的接軌當今的社會福利體制,以有效的因應相關難題,均是本課程將探討的重點。
With the rapid changes of the times, families are diverse and complex. Family social work is a systematic and dynamic understanding of the ecology of diverse families. In response to the many difficulties faced by families, professional systematic assessment and diversified comprehensive treatment are adopted. . Since the family situations faced by social workers are often marginal and complex, how to cooperate with disadvantaged families or system networks with appropriate values, attitudes and ethics, and adhere to the family-centered, community-based social welfare system that is in line with today's social welfare system? Effective responses to related problems are the focus of this course.
