志願服務近年在台灣蓬勃發展,服務於公私部門社會福利機構的社會工作者,不可避免要以各種不同的形式結合與運用志工,在人力緊縮的社會福利機構中,志願工作者可以說是「不支薪的員工」,也成為專業社會工作者的重要夥伴。
因此本課程的目的即在協助社會工作學生瞭解非營利組織的志願服務與志工管理的理論與實務,以期成為專業社會工作者後,能讓機構中的志工充分發揮效能,成為推動社會福利服務的助力,擴大社會工作專業服務的能量。Volunteer services have developed vigorously in Taiwan in recent years. Social workers serving in social welfare institutions in the public and private sectors inevitably have to combine and use volunteers in various forms. In social welfare institutions with tight manpower, volunteer workers can be said to be " Unpaid employees" have also become important partners of professional social workers.
Therefore, the purpose of this course is to help social work students understand the theory and practice of volunteer services and volunteer management in non-profit organizations, with the hope that after becoming professional social workers, they can enable volunteers in organizations to fully exert their effectiveness and become a promoter of social welfare. With the help of services, we can expand the energy of social work professional services.
