本課程之講授,旨在增進修課學生的社區公民意識,並培育學生將來成為一個具有實質能力的社區工作者
1. 認識社區以及社會組織的結構和功能。
2. 瞭解家庭、教育、宗教、政治、經濟、與社會福利等社會制度在社區中的運作方式和其所產生的作用。
3. 認識經濟、政治、和家庭組織對個人及其社會適應的影響。
4. 瞭解社區以及社會組織的變遷過程。
5. 學習各種影響社區與社會組織變遷過程的技術,並知道運用之原則,和適當的使用時機。The teaching of this course aims to enhance students' sense of community citizenship and cultivate students to become community workers with substantial abilities in the future.
1. Understand the structure and functions of communities and social organizations.
2. Understand how social systems such as family, education, religion, politics, economy, and social welfare operate in the community and their effects.
3. Understand the impact of economics, politics, and family organization on individuals and their social adjustment.
4. Understand the changing process of communities and social organizations.
5. Learn various technologies that affect the change process of communities and social organizations, and know the principles of application and the appropriate timing of use.
根植於共同生活的土地,社區工作成為社會工作者重要的三大工作方法之一。本課程將從各國社區組織與社區發展的歷史脈絡開始,進入社區工作的基本概念;接著,藉由實際社區組織參訪與社區基本調查學習,相互參照各種社區工作的重要理論與實務議題,學習社區工作之重要工作方法,以養成社區工作者的基本能力為學習之目標。
Rooted in the land of common life, community work has become one of the three important working methods of social workers. This course will start from the historical context of community organizations and community development in various countries, and then enter the basic concepts of community work; then, through visits to actual community organizations and basic community surveys, we will learn from each other the important theoretical and practical issues of various community work. The important working methods of community work are to develop the basic abilities of community workers as the learning goal.
