社會團體工作，是社會工作的三大方法之一，課程訓練維期一年。本學期課程重點有三，首先，將訓練學生團體領導的相關理論與技巧；其次，訓練學生帶領團體工作操作實務；第三，介紹不同型態的團體工作方法，且針對不同團體工作文獻進行批判等。
社會團體工作，是社會工作臨床上，經常運用的工作策略，本課程擬採用學習小組的方式進行教學與課後演練，令每位修課的同學，除了理論的理解，更能透過實務的操作，形成反思的經驗學習圈，發展同學符合社工產業的實務能力。

Social group work is one of the three major methods of social work. The course training lasts for one year. This semester's course focuses on three things. First, it will train students in the relevant theories and skills of group leadership; second, it will train students in the practice of leading group work; third, it will introduce different types of group work methods and critique different group work literature.
Social group work is a work strategy often used in clinical social work. This course plans to use study groups for teaching and after-class exercises, so that each student who takes the course can not only gain theoretical understanding, but also through practical operations, form a reflective experience learning circle, and develop students' practical abilities in line with the social work industry.
