同志婚姻權已然成為晚近世界多國的重要議題,台灣的多元成家法案也引發特定宗教人士的激烈反彈。然而,從文化人類學的角度觀之,同性關係是普世的現象、家庭(或親屬)的組成原則也絕非僅限於血緣和法定的婚姻形式;事實上,性別與親屬關係的多元性,彰顯了人類社會的創造力。本課併入酷兒理論與文化人類學的相關重要論文,以探討當代人類社會的共通性和歧異性,並試圖思考社會變遷的可能與限制。The right to gay marriage has become an important issue in many countries around the world in recent times, and Taiwan's pluralism bill has also triggered fierce backlash from certain religious people.
