本課程介紹西洋政治思想的核心與演變，期望讓學習者瞭解不同價值，進而產生具有深度的討論。上學期的討論重點在於希臘，羅馬，以及中世紀思想。這學期重點在於個人主義，社會契約，全意志，以及社會民主理念。This course introduces the core and evolution of Western political thought, hoping to allow learners to understand different values and then generate in-depth discussions. Discussions last semester focused on Greek, Roman, and medieval thought. This semester focuses on individualism, social contract, total will, and social democratic ideas.

This course introduces the core and evolution of Western political thought. Since ideas are the basis for understanding phenomena, this course introduces the historical development of Western political thought, hoping to allow learners to understand different values and then generate in-depth discussions. The focus is on liberalism and an in-depth discussion of democratic political theory.
