Understand the practical operations of financial institutions through introductions to civil law, commercial law, bank law and other related financial laws
課程概述 Course Description
1、對銀行法之基本認識。
2、了解銀行業務之實際運作。
3、分析銀行與客戶間之法律糾紛及法律規範。
1. Basic understanding of banking law.
2. Understand the actual operation of banking business.
3. Analyze the legal disputes and legal regulations between the bank and customers.
