民法主要規範社會生活中的財產及身分法律關係，我們日常生活中絕大多數的事務，都無法避免的會適用到這些法規。也因為如此，民法已成為現代人所不可或缺的基本知識。希望藉由的本課程體系性的講解介紹，讓同學對現行民法規範能有宏觀之認識，除有助於相關國家考試之準備外，亦能避免因不知相關規定而負擔責任，且更能積極主張爭取民法所保護的各項權利。

Civil law mainly regulates the legal relationships of property and identity in social life. Most of the matters in our daily lives will inevitably apply these laws. Because of this, civil law has become an indispensable basic knowledge for modern people. I hope that through the systematic explanation of this course, students can have a broad understanding of the implementation of the Civil Law Rules. In addition to helping relevant national examination preparations, they can also avoid liability for ignoring relevant regulations and be more likely to take advantage of the rights protected by civil law.
