探討一筆貿易在契約條件明示或暗示的情況下，買賣雙方應盡到哪些責任，在履行這些責任的過程中應有哪些認知，以及違約後的善後處理等問題。
Explore the problems of what responsibilities the two parties should take for the trade, what knowledge should be seen in the performance of these responsibilities, and the handling of the after-contractual conditions, etc., under the express or implied circumstances of the contract.

以國際貿易實務為基礎，利用貿易糾紛個案討論，建立實務操作基礎並提升解決貿易問題之能力。
Based on international trade practice, we use trade disputes to discuss, establish a practical operation foundation and improve the ability to solve trade problems.
