教育目標 Course Target
探討一筆貿易在契約條件明示或暗示的情況下，買賣雙方應盡到哪些責任，在履行這些責任的過程中應有哪些認知，以及違約後的善後處理等問題。
Discuss what responsibilities the buyer and seller should fulfill in a transaction when the contract conditions are express or implied, what cognitions they should have in the process of fulfilling these responsibilities, and the aftermath of a breach of contract, etc.

以國際貿易實務為基礎，利用貿易糾紛個案討論，建立實務操作基礎並提升解決貿易問題之能力。
Based on international trade practice, we use trade dispute case discussions to establish a practical basis and improve our ability to solve trade problems.
