Senior-oriented Service Management and Innovation
教育目標 Course Target
隨著人口結構的高齡化，台灣社會即將面臨一系列的高齡社會問題。本課程有兩大核心內容，首先希望能就幾個重要的銀髮產業進行探討，讓修課同學能夠了解高齡化產業的特性與市場機會，再者，我們希望由服務管理與服務創新的觀點，將相關理論應用於銀髮產業中，並能結合課程，以服務創新或商業模式創新的觀點，發展出在這些產業中可能的創新應用。
With the aging of population structure, Taiwan society is about to face a series of high-end social problems. This course has two core content. First, we hope to explore several important silver hair industries so that classmates can understand the characteristics and market opportunities of high-elimination industries. Furthermore, we hope that service management and service innovation perspectives will be applied to relevant theories in the silver hair industry, and can combine the course to develop possible innovative applications in these industries with service innovation or business model innovation perspectives.
