隨著人口結構的高齡化，台灣社會即將面臨一系列的高齡社會問題。本課程有兩大核心內容，首先希望能就幾個重要的銀髮產業進行探討，讓修課同學能夠了解高齡化產業的特性與市場機會，再者，我們希望由服務管理與服務創新的觀點，將相關理論應用於銀髮產業中，並能結合課程，以服務創新或商業模式創新的觀點，發展出在這些產業中可能的創新應用。With the aging of the population structure, Taiwanese society is about to face a series of aging social problems. This course has two core contents. First, we hope to discuss several important senior industries so that students can understand the characteristics and market opportunities of aging industries. Secondly, we hope to use the perspectives of service management and service innovation to Apply relevant theories to the silver industry, and be able to combine courses to develop possible innovative applications in these industries from the perspective of service innovation or business model innovation.
