本課程為延伸並建構自財務管理而來的理論與原則，應用到創業財務學的新興領域，分為新創業、新事業、創業投資三個層次，除了討論那些伴隨在新事業的育成與成長過程中所遭遇的困難以外，集中在財務可行性分析，也讓學生瞭解創業投資)產業，以及新事業如何產生、新事業的財務規劃與績效評估、新事業的評價、融資策略、撰寫創業計畫書等課程目標。This course extends and constructs the theories and principles derived from financial management and applies them to the emerging field of entrepreneurial finance.
