管理學是管理學院/商學院的基礎課程之一，透過對基本管理理論之了解，將有助於未來修習與提升進階管理相關課程之知識與能力。本課程目的在協助大學部學生了解管理學的基礎理論，並培養學生連結理論與實務之能力，以落實所學習之理論於未來實務工作之中。同時，藉由多元化學習方式將管理學內容導入生活，以強化管理學之學習與認同。

Management is one of the basic courses of the School of Management/Business School. Through understanding the basic management theory, it will help to learn and improve the knowledge and ability of courses related to advanced management in the future. The purpose of this course is to help university students understand the basic theories of management, and to cultivate students' ability to link theory and practice, so as to implement the learned theory in future practical work. At the same time, through diversified learning methods, management content is introduced into life to strengthen the learning and recognition of management.
