2. 介紹採購、生管、配銷運籌管理、資訊科技、先進規劃與排程系統等規劃方法,建立學生供應鏈規劃與協同管理基礎相關知識。
3. 藉由專題研究,培養學生解決問題、協調溝通、團隊合作等能力,並透過Design Thinking方法與系統實作,理論結合實務,培養學生專業技能。1. Based on "Systemized Operation and Supply Chain Management", students will be guided to understand the role positioning, functions and system architecture of operation management based on the connotation and trends of operational management.
2. Introduce planning methods such as purchasing, production management, distribution and transportation management, information technology, advanced planning and scheduling systems, and establish basic knowledge about student supply chain planning and cooperative management.
3. Through topic research, cultivate students' abilities to solve problems, coordinate communication, team cooperation, etc., and use Design Thinking methods to implement the system, combine theory and cultivate students' professional skills.
