本課程將學習現金流量、利息、稅率、折舊、等價、現值、投資報酬率、成本效益分析以及投資方案評選等觀念及方法。使同學瞭解正確的理論觀念，以為財務專案分析之依據，並介紹輔助分析工具如電腦試算表等，並致力完成下列八大教學目標: (1)提昇溝通能力(2)強化思辨能力(3)加強道德推理能力及道德實踐的意願(4)勿忘履行公民的能力(5)迎接多元化生活能力(6)迎接全球化社會的能力(7)培養廣泛興趣(8)培植就業能力，使授業學生成為具備探索力與知識力的優秀大學生。This course will learn concepts and methods such as cash flow, interest, tax rate, discount, equality, current value, return on investment, cost-benefit analysis, and investment plan evaluation.
