教育目標 Course Target
本課程為一學年課程，課程內容將延續分析化學基本知識，引導學生學習新穎、實用之分析儀器。儀器分析（上）將先引導學生瞭解基本光學元件之原理及使用，隨後再介紹儀器分析之光譜相關知識，如：原子吸收、螢光與發射光譜，分子吸收與螢光光譜，紅外線光譜及拉曼光譜學。
This course is an annual course, and the course content will continue to analyze basic knowledge of chemistry, and guide students to learn new and practical analytical instruments. Device Analysis (Part 1) will first guide students to understand the principles and use of basic optical components, and then introduce the relevant knowledge of optical spectrum for device analysis, such as: atomic absorption, rays and emitted light spectrum, molecular absorption and rays spectrum, red outer-line light spectrum and Raman optical spectrum.
