經由國內外各種中日文語料的運用，增加學習者對各種新聞性議題的了解，以及對台日文化、新聞等議題的認識，提升學習者聽日語新聞的能力並增加各種相關業界的知識、常識。By using various Chinese and Japanese materials at home and abroad, learners' understanding of various news topics, as well as their understanding of Taiwan-Japanese culture, news and other issues, improve learners' ability to listen to Japanese news and increase their knowledge and common sense in various related industries.
承續新聞聽解（一），藉由觀看或聽取新聞報導，訓練同學聽解能力外，並透過新聞内容，培養同學認知相關的政治、經濟、文化、社會…等現象，也藉以探討相關議題讓同學做批判性思考。
