本課程主要目標在使學生對台灣社會歷史的變遷有系統性的認識,並經由歷史脈絡中社會的發展,使學生瞭解台灣社會的多元性,從而幫助學生了解台灣社會與各面向之特性及其變遷過程。同學透過本課程的學習與互動,了解、欣賞、並且認知台灣這塊土地上多元的文化與社會價值。因此本課程的教學目標有以下數點:
1.使同學能夠理解並思考台灣社會歷史發展及其變遷。
2.使同學能夠比較並認識歷史上台灣社會的多元差異。
3.使同學能夠從理論的觀點,嘗試思考各時期台灣的社會現象。
4.使同學能夠具有初步的田野調查能力與方法,進而對台灣社會現象作自我的觀察。The main purpose of this course is to enable students to systematically understand the changes in Taiwan’s social history, and to achieve the development of society in history, so that students can understand the diversity of Taiwan’s society, thereby helping students understand the characteristics of Taiwan’s society and its various aspects and their changes. Through the learning and interaction of this course, students understand, appreciate and understand the diverse cultural and social values of this land in Taiwan. Therefore, the teaching objectives of this course have the following points:
1. Enable students to understand and think about the development and changes of Taiwan’s social history.
2. Enable students to compare and recognize the diverse differences in Taiwan society in history.
3. Enable students to think about the social phenomena of Taiwan in various periods from theoretical perspectives.
4. Enable students to have preliminary field survey skills and methods, and then observe Taiwan’s social phenomena.
