本課程主要目標在使學生對台灣社會歷史的變遷有系統性的認識,並經由歷史脈絡中社會的發展,使學生瞭解台灣社會的多元性,從而幫助學生了解台灣社會與各面向之特性及其變遷過程。同學透過本課程的學習與互動,了解、欣賞、並且認知台灣這塊土地上多元的文化與社會價值。因此本課程的教學目標有以下數點:
1.使同學能夠理解並思考台灣社會歷史發展及其變遷。
2.使同學能夠比較並認識歷史上台灣社會的多元差異。
3.使同學能夠從理論的觀點,嘗試思考各時期台灣的社會現象。
4.使同學能夠具有初步的田野調查能力與方法,進而對台灣社會現象作自我的觀察。The main goal of this course is to enable students to have a systematic understanding of the changes in Taiwanese society and history, and to enable students to understand the diversity of Taiwanese society through the development of society in the historical context, thereby helping students understand Taiwanese society and the characteristics of various aspects and their process of change. Through the study and interaction in this course, students can understand, appreciate, and recognize the diverse culture and social values of Taiwan. Therefore, the teaching objectives of this course are as follows:
1. Enable students to understand and think about the historical development and changes of Taiwanese society.
2. Enable students to compare and understand the diverse differences in Taiwanese society in history.
3. Enable students to try to think about Taiwan’s social phenomena in various periods from a theoretical perspective.
4. To enable students to have preliminary field investigation abilities and methods, and then conduct self-observation of Taiwanese social phenomena.
