(B)具體執行:1.”問題意識”的培養，尋訪問題產生的源頭。2.訓練學生與陌生人談話的能力與志趣,具引導受訪者作口述的技巧,並剪裁出:能夠清晰呈現問題的訪談紀錄3.尋訪有責任解決問題的相關單位。4.整合並剪裁所有田訪資料，以寫成一篇完整報導、發刊(以受影響的大眾、有責任解決問題的權力者作為發行對象)，求發揮大眾傳播影響力。(A)1.
