強制執行程序，乃實現債權之最終階段。無論於各行各業，都有可能用到，故於司法實務而言，極為重要。又強制執行事件，屬於非訟事件，相對於訴訟法而言，應是較重實務而少理論。因此，課程之講授，除了引導同學了解強制執行法之相關規定外，亦期盼同學於修習本科目後，能於實務之運作，如魚得水。

Enforcement proceedings are the final stage of realizing claims. It may be used in all walks of life, so it is extremely important in judicial practice. In addition, enforcement events are non-litigation events. Compared with litigation law, they should be more practical and less theoretical. Therefore, the teaching of the course not only guides students to understand the relevant provisions of the Enforcement Law, but also hopes that students can operate in practice like a fish in water after taking this course.

使學生瞭解強制執行法規定各事項之內容，及強制執行應有之使命程序。俾從事民事強制執行實務工作及修訂民事強制執行法典，均 應有正確準據，學以致用。

To enable students to understand the contents of various matters stipulated in the Enforcement Law and the procedures for enforcing tasks. In order to engage in civil enforcement practical work and revise the civil enforcement code, there should be correct standards and application of what is learned.
