Macroscopic study of relevant special laws, such as: international conventions, the United Nations' 1966 International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the Regulations on Relations between the People of Taiwan and the People of the Mainland, Artificial Reproduction Law, Children and Adolescents Welfare Law, Law on the Protection of Rights and Interests of Persons with Disabilities, Elderly Welfare Law, Domestic Violence Prevention Law, Household Registration Law, etc.
3. Micro-discuss the relevant interpretations and practical opinions of the Supreme Court Conference. For example: interpretations 18, 28, 32, 34, 58, 91, 147, 242, 362, 365, 372, 410, 452, 502, 552, 587, 620, 647, 712, etc.
