教導學生於現代資訊化社會，大量使用網際網路之情況下，如何保護自己之個人資料不被濫行蒐集使用致使自己權利受損，已為重要之問題。教導學生認識個人資料的本質為何及如何保護自己之個人資料不被違法利用，為本課程之首要目標。It has become an important issue to teach students how to protect their personal information from being collected and used indiscriminately and causing damage to their rights in the modern information society and the extensive use of the Internet. The primary goal of this course is to teach students to understand the nature of personal data and how to protect their personal data from illegal use.
