本課程之教學目的，在於檢討國家公權力與人權保障間之關係，進而了解憲法保障人權之意義與價値。課程主要內容是以憲法之人權保障為主題，探討法治國家人權保障的基本構造。除憲法保障人權之基本知識外，並配合對於人權相關事件或問題之個案解析，培養學生以憲法之角度思考人權保障的問題。本學期之課程重心，將放在檢討司法院大法官各號解釋之人權保障理論。The teaching purpose of this course is to review the relationship between national public power and human rights protection, and then understand the significance and value of the constitutional protection of human rights. The main content of the course is based on the theme of human rights protection in the Constitution and explores the basic structure of human rights protection in a country ruled by law. In addition to the basic knowledge of the protection of human rights in the Constitution, it is also combined with case analysis of human rights-related events or issues to train students to think about issues of human rights protection from a constitutional perspective. The focus of this semester's course will be on reviewing the human rights protection theory explained by the justices of the Judicial Yuan.
