本課程旨在使學生了解我過著作權法之規範，並配合時勢發展，教導學生正確之著作權觀念，並輔以國際著作權條約、美國著作權法等與我國著作權法發展相關之原理原則與重要案例。This course aims to enable students to understand the norms of China's copyright law, and to adapt to current developments, teach students the correct concept of copyright, and supplement it with principles, principles and important cases related to the development of my country's copyright law, such as international copyright treaties and U.S. copyright law.
