本課程目標有以下三點：
1. 瞭解智慧財產權法之基本體系與理論架構。並培養修課學生從爭議問題中，思考智慧財產權法之範圍與界線。
2. 學習比較法之研究方法。
3. 培養修課學生國際化思考之面向與觀點。The purpose of this course is as follows:
1. Understand the basic system and theoretical structure of the smart property rights law. And train students to think about the scope and boundaries of the wisdom of property rights in the dispute.
2. Learn the research method of comparative method.
3. Cultivate students' international thinking and perspectives.
