台灣與日本之法學有許多相同的地方，不僅各種法律名稱相同，亦同為大陸法系之國家，因此日本之判例學說有許多值得吾人借鏡之處，本課程以日本之判例學說為中心，詳細解說文章之結構，並討論其內容，以提高研究生之日文法學之能力，提供在撰寫論文時參考日本學說與判例之閱讀能力。The jurisprudence of Taiwan and Japan have many similarities. Not only do the names of various laws have the same name, but they are also countries with a civil law system. Therefore, Japan’s jurisprudence has a lot to learn from. This course focuses on Japan’s jurisprudence. Explain the structure of the article and discuss its content to improve graduate students' Japanese grammar and jurisprudence skills and provide them with the reading ability to refer to Japanese doctrines and jurisprudence when writing papers.
