教育目標 Course Target
本專題除了民營化政策相關理論的研討外，同時也希望藉由實証分析，來深入瞭解國內外相關民營化案例，並用以作為對照，以達到瞭解民營化政策的目的。
In addition to the discussion on the theory of the publicization policy, this topic also hopes to deeply understand the relevant publicization cases at home and abroad through practical analysis, and use them as a comparison to achieve the purpose of understanding the publicization policy.
