本課程有二個目標:一是讓學生了解績效管理之理論與實務;二是讓學生實際進行績效管理制度的設計。This course has two goals: one is to let students understand the theory and practice of performance management; the other is to let students actually design the performance management system.
績效管理是使用績效資訊影響計畫、政策或組織行動以追求公共服務最大化利益的過程。本課程介紹政府部門績效管理之理論與實務,包含下列內容:績效管理的意義內涵與理論、世界各國績效管理的作法、我國績效管理的實際運作情形、績效衡量的原則與步驟、績效指標的建構及績效管理的反思與未來展望。
Performance management is the process of using performance information to influence planning, policies or organizational actions in pursuit of public services maximizing interests. This course introduces the theory and practice of performance management in government departments, and includes the following contents: the meaning and theory of performance management, the practice of performance management in various countries around the world, the actual operating conditions of performance management in our country, the principles and steps of performance measurement, the structure of performance indicators, and the reflection and future prospects of performance management.
