領導是一門學科，有相關的理論與研究可以參考;領導更是一種生命價值的展現，需要學習、改變與實踐。這門課程除了幫助學生進行相關的研究之外，也希望透過閱讀與討論，師生共同提升自己的生命，以發揮人際影響力的方式從事領導與溝通的工作。Leadership is a subject that has relevant theories and research to refer to; leadership is also an exhibition of life value, which requires learning, change and practice.
