透過理論及實務整合之教學方法,除了課程講授之外,亦藉由案例教學法,依台灣近十年本土實際發生之代表性案例,採行對話教學分組討論方式,以培養學生分析與批判能力,訓練其具備分析案例事實的爭點;並預定安排與社會工作實務相關之法律界專業人士,以及在公私部門執業之校外專家學者(諸如:律師或縣市政府家暴中心主任、非營利組織管理者)到課堂上對話與經驗分享,以落實理論與實務整合之教學規劃,以增進學生了解對社會工作價值與個人價值如何影響專業服務過程的知識,並能更符合社會工作倫理要求提供專業服務。Through theoretical and practical integration teaching methods, in addition to course teaching, case teaching methods are also used to adopt the dialogue teaching sub-group discussion method based on representative cases that have occurred in Taiwan in the past decade, so as to cultivate students' analytical and critical abilities and train their disputes with analytical case analysis and facts; and to make arrangements for legal professionals related to social work practices, as well as Private office professionals (such as lawyers or directors of the county government domestic violence center, non-profit organization managers) go to the class to share dialogue and experience, and implement teaching plans that integrate theory and practice, so as to enhance students' knowledge about how social work value and personal value affect professional service processes, and can provide professional services more in line with social work ethics requirements.
