課程目標 (Course Objectives)
本課程目標是讓學習者了解第三部門實踐公民參與精神和公共利益使命,並厚植社會資本與建構公民社會。亦即第三部門是建構公民社會的重要環節,公民社會的形成,有賴營造一個有利於公民社會成長的第三部門制度情境,以及正向的協力關係與積極社會參與。基此,本課程透過理論析探和個案實踐,以及社會網絡軟體實務操作,期望學生能夠學習社會資本與公民社會的理論與方法,以了解台灣的第三部門相關議題,並建構成熟的公民社會。Course Objectives
The goal of this course is to enable learners to understand the spirit of citizen participation and public interest mission of the third sector, and to cultivate social capital and build civil society. That is to say, the third sector is an important link in the construction of civil society. The formation of civil society depends on creating a third sector institutional situation that is conducive to the growth of civil society, as well as positive collaborative relationships and active social participation. Based on this, through theoretical analysis, case practice, and practical operation of social network software, this course hopes that students can learn the theories and methods of social capital and civil society, understand issues related to the third sector in Taiwan, and build a mature civil society. .
