本課程基於永續發展之理論基礎,從環境、經濟與社會層面,闡述永續發展與公共政策之連結關係。課程主要著重於永續發展的實質內涵,期使研究生學習如何從永續發展之角度觀察、評估與論述公共政策,並使研究生具備永續發展政策之分析能力。This course is based on the theoretical basis of sustainable development and explains the connection between sustainable development and public policy from the environmental, economic and social aspects. The course mainly focuses on the essential connotation of sustainable development. It aims to enable graduate students to learn how to observe, evaluate and discuss public policies from the perspective of sustainable development, and to equip graduate students with the ability to analyze sustainable development policies.
