It will also study the impact and impact of such environmental changes on traditional management mechanisms. Part II will discuss leadership theory and decision-making. The third part focuses on the application of theory, looking for effective global governance methods at the level of countries and corporate organizations, that is, constructing a leadership and decision-making model for global strategic thinking.

Global issues, global technology, and global value systems are reshaping global organizations and management mechanisms, and are also challenging traditional leadership styles and connotations.
