本課程將先探討管理時空的環境變遷，即全球化現象的形成、挑戰和機會，同時也研究這種環境變遷對傳統管理機制的影響和衝擊。第二部分將討論領導理論與決策。第三部分則針對理論的運用，站在國家和企業組織的層次，尋求有效的全球治理方式，亦即建構全球戰略思維的領導與決策模式。

This course will first explore the environmental changes in management time and space, namely the formation, challenges and opportunities of globalization, and also study the impact and impact of this environmental changes on traditional management mechanisms. The second part will discuss leadership theory and decisions. The third part focuses on the use of theoretical discussions, standing at the level of national and corporate organizations, seeking an effective global governance method, that is, the leadership and decision-making model for building a global strategic thinking.

全球化的問題、全球化的科技、全球化的價值體系正重新塑造著全球化的組織與管理機制，也正挑戰著傳統的領導型式及內涵。本課程將先探討時空的環境變遷，即全球化現象的形成、挑戰和機會，同時也研究這種環境變遷對傳統治理機制的影響和衝擊。第二部分將討論領導理論與決策。第三部分則針對理論的運用，站在國家和企業組織的層次，尋求有效的全球治理方式，亦即建構全球戰略思維的領導與決策模式。

The problems of globalization, global science and technology, and global value systems are reshaping the organization and management mechanism of globalization, and are also challenging the traditional leading types and connotations.
