This course explores the constitutional norms and practices of the dual headship system in France. The focus includes the relationship between the government and the Yuan, rationalizing the legislative process under the cabinet system, the special case of judicial review by the administrative agency, the ecology of left and right political parties, as well as referendums and elections, providing reference for our country, which also has a dual-head system.
