This course explores the political rules and practices of the French dual-chief. The key points include the relationship between the government and the court, rationalizing the legislative procedures under the internal system, using the special case of administrative agencies responsible for judicial review, to keep the two parties involved in the etiology of the political parties, as well as referendums and elections, to provide my country's borrowing lenses with the same two leaders.
