本課程希冀透過分析地方自治理論、自治類型、權力構造、中央與地方關係、以及地方府會關係等相關面向，一方面培養學生對地方自治的認知與研究動機，另一方面則讓學生明瞭地方自治、地方分權、以及民主政治的相關性。This course hopes to cultivate students' understanding and research motivation of local autonomy on the one hand, and on the other hand, to enable students to understand local autonomy by analyzing relevant aspects such as local autonomy theory, types of autonomy, power structure, central and local relations, and local government relations.
