本課程旨在研習證券市場內各項投資工具,瞭解相對應之理論架構與實證結果,進而建構適當之投資組合,得以執行較佳之投資決策。據此,本課程涵蓋下列主題:(1)投資組合理論、(2)權益評價與績效評估、(3)固定收益證券、(4)期貨與選擇權、以及(5)投資心理學。
注意:投資之目的在於退休後有較佳之生活保障,而不在於創造財富。本課程提供修習者於面對瞬息萬變的投資環境下,建立一個正確且長久的投資觀念與架構,故就管理個人投資組合之目的來看,應是具價值性。然而,在股票投資方面,本課程僅能提供選取股票之原則與工具,而無法報名牌給你(stock picking)。This course aims to study various investment tools in the securities market, understand the corresponding theoretical structure and practical results, and then build appropriate investment combinations to implement better investment decisions. In this regard, this course covers the following topics: (1) reasonable discussion of investment groups, (2) rights evaluation and performance evaluation, (3) fixed income securities, (4) futures and selection rights, and (5) investment psychology.
Note: The purpose of investment is to have a better living security after retirement, not to create wealth. This course provides practitioners with the ability to establish a correct and long-term investment concept and structure in the face of a rapidly changing investment environment, so it should be valuable in terms of the purpose of managing personal investment combinations. However, in terms of stock investment, this course only provides the principles and tools for selecting stocks, and cannot register a brand to you (stock picking).
