教育目標 Course Target
本課程希望透過一系列的專題講座及研討，有系統的讓同學整合不同課程所學習的各種經營管理知識，加深學生對經營管理之綜觀理念與實務應用能力。課程中將依最新管理趨勢與產業發展，邀請產業界與學術界代表性講者，透過介紹該產業的特性與經營企業的心路歷程，讓同學深入瞭解特定企業的實務性知識，進而與理論結合，發展出自己的管理知識體系。
This course hopes to systematically enable students to integrate various business management knowledge learned in different courses through a series of special lectures and seminars, and to deepen students' comprehensive concepts and practical application capabilities in business management. In the course, based on the latest management trends and industrial development, representative speakers from industry and academia will be invited to introduce the characteristics of the industry and the mental journey of running a business, allowing students to gain an in-depth understanding of the practical knowledge of a specific enterprise, and then combine it with theory to develop their own management knowledge system.

本課程在邀請各行業經營主管進行專題演講及研討,佐以個案討論,加深學生對經營管理之綜觀理念與實務應用能力。
This course invites business executives from various industries to give special lectures and discussions, accompanied by case discussions, to deepen students' comprehensive concepts and practical application capabilities in business management.
