教育目標 Course Target

本課程為延伸並建構自財務管理而來的理論與原則,應用到創業財務學的新興領域,集中討論那些伴隨在新事業的育成與成長過程中所遭遇的困難,讓學生瞭解創業投資(VC)產業,以及新事業如何產生、新事業的財務規劃與績效評估、新事業的評價、融資策略、撰寫創業計畫書等課程目標。

This course extends and constructs the theories and principles derived from financial management and applies them to the emerging field of entrepreneurial finance. It focuses on the difficulties encountered in the incubation and growth of new businesses. It allows students to understand the venture capital (VC) industry and how new businesses are generated, financial planning and performance evaluation of new businesses, evaluation of new businesses, financing strategies, writing business plans and other course objectives.
