1.每個項目的實質內容。
2.每個項目的需求要件與各項目的邏輯。
3.實踐項目需求要件的實際作法。As far as the medical industry is concerned, business management systems, employees, customers (patients and family members), and suppliers are intertwined into a complex network of relationships. Establishing an efficient operation and management system is not only a driving force for improving corporate performance, but also a continuous challenge. Modern business management systems are very complex, and the indicators for evaluating these systems are even more complex and difficult to understand. This course is structured around the seven review items of the National Quality Award, explains the selection indicators and the relationship between each review item, and provides the following information:
