就醫療產業而論,經營管理制度、員工、顧客(病患與家屬)、供應商,交織成複雜的關係網。建立效率經營管理制度,既是提昇企業績效的動力,也是一項持續性的挑戰。現代的經營管理制度非常複雜,評量這些制度的指標更為複雜,且難以了解。本課程以國家品質獎的七項評審項目為架構,說明評選指標及各評審項目間的關係,提供下列資訊,
1.每個項目的實質內容。
2.每個項目的需求要件與各項目的邏輯。
3.實踐項目需求要件的實際作法。Discussing the medical industry, we will work on management systems, employees, customers (patients and families), and suppliers to form a complex relationship network. Establishing an efficiency management system is not only a driving force to improve enterprise performance, but also a continuous challenge. The modern operating management system is very complex, and the indicators to evaluate these systems are more complex and difficult to understand. This course is based on the seven review items of the National Quality Award, explains the evaluation indicators and the relationship between each review item, and provides the following information.
1. The actual content of each project.
2. The requirements and logic of each project are as well as the requirements of each project.
3. The actual practice of implementing project requirements.
