教育目標 Course Target

使學生熟習知識管理相關理論:1)知識創造;2)資源基礎觀點與動態組織能力理論;3)組織學習;4)知識移轉;5)組織間學習與網絡學習;6)結構基礎知識觀點,協助學生建立相關研究所需的理論基礎,並建立研讀英文論文能力和報告能力。To familiarize students with relevant theories of knowledge management: 1) knowledge creation; 2) resource-based view and dynamic organizational capability theory; 3) organizational learning; 4) knowledge transfer; 5) inter-organizational learning and network learning; 6) structural-based knowledge view , assisting students in establishing the theoretical foundation required for relevant research, and building their ability to read English papers and report on them.

使學生熟習知識管理相管理論,有助於其研究和研讀英文論文能力和報告能力
To familiarize students with knowledge management related theories, which will help their research and reading abilities in English papers and reporting abilities
