本課程培養學生具有使用統計的方法，分析工廠製程或是半導體機台的操作數據，提出穩定製程操作的方法，進而改善工廠產品品質或是機台良率。
This course trains students to use statistical methods to analyze factory processes or semiconductor machine operation data, and propose methods to stabilize process operations, thereby improving factory product quality or machine yield.

培養學生利用統計管制的手法，評估及改善化工製程的穩定性，進而提升工廠產品的品質。
