本課程培養學生具有使用統計的方法，分析工廠製程或是半導體機台的操作數據，提出穩定製程操作的方法，進而改善工廠產品品質或是機台良率。
This course trains students with statistical methods, analyzing the operation data of factory processes or semiconductor machines, and proposes methods of stable process operations to improve the quality of factory products or machine yields.

培養學生利用統計管制的手法，評估及改善化工製程的穩定性，進而提升工廠產品的品質。
Cultivate students to use the methods of statistical control to evaluate and improve the stability of chemical processes, thereby improving the quality of factory products.
