教育目標 Course Target
講解半導體物理及製程的基本觀念及其相關應用，使學生具備進行相關研究的基礎。配合本系教育目標,培養學生第一、二、三和五等各項之相關核心能力.
Explain the basic concepts of semiconductor physics and processes and their related applications, so that students can provide basic research for related research. In line with the educational goals of this department, cultivate students' related core abilities in the first, second, third and fifth aspects.
