當代佛教倫理學的論述,多以佛教哲學的內涵逐步展開對應於當代倫理學或應用倫理學的討論,這樣的研究與論述路徑使得哲學討論能直接面對人們生活的具體處境,而獲得更多不同視角的反思,甚而具體實踐。
然而,若要進行佛教倫理學的討論,必須建構在佛教文獻與哲學內涵之基礎上才有可能。基於這樣的理由,本課程的目標在於引導同學們以佛教倫理學的內涵與核心理論為基礎,進一步反思當代人們所遭逢的倫理議題,透過深入探究佛教倫理學並藉此反思當代倫理議題的動態歷程,刺激同學深度思考並激發研究興趣。
此外,在課堂中除了養成學生從哲學文本與著作中把握與分析問題的能力外,也透過課堂討論與論文寫作的訓練,培養學生獨立研究與教學的能力。The discussions of contemporary Buddhist ethics are mostly based on the connotation of Buddhist philosophy to gradually develop discussions that are relevant to contemporary ethics or applied ethics. Such research and argumentative approaches allow philosophical discussions to directly face the specific situations of people's lives and gain more. Reflection from different perspectives, even concrete.
However, if you want to discuss Buddhist ethics, it must be based on the connotation of Buddhist culture and philosophy. Based on this reason, the purpose of this course is to guide students to take the connotation and core theories of Buddhist ethics as the basis, further reflect on the ethics issues encountered by contemporary people, and through in-depth exploration of Buddhist ethics and reflect on the dynamics of contemporary ethics issues. The course stimulates students to think deeply and stimulates research interest.
In addition, in the classroom, in addition to cultivating students' ability to grasp and analyze problems from philosophical texts and works, students' ability to independently research and teaching through the training of discussion and writing in the classroom.
