本課程目標，教導排球隊員具備有正確的認知，訓練具有精熟的基本技能，訓練課程內容著重在個人的基本能力與技巧，提昇團體的整合能力與比賽時的默契及抗壓性，並且能協助並籌劃各項比賽。
練習的過程除了著重在技術的養成之外，對於團體中同儕之間的互動與聚力的培養，並且講授相關的競賽規則，能執行裁判工作。
個人的認知與技能的養成之外，能夠回歸到各班上或系上組織代表隊，讓各系的排球運動風氣的提昇。

The goal of this course is to teach volleyball players to have correct cognition and master basic skills. The training course content focuses on individual basic abilities and skills, improves the team's integration ability, tacit understanding and resistance to pressure during competition, and can assist and plan various competitions.
The practice process not only focuses on developing skills, but also cultivates interaction and cohesion among peers in the group, teaches relevant competition rules, and can perform refereeing work.
In addition to the development of personal cognition and skills, you can return to each class or department to organize representative teams to improve the volleyball sports atmosphere of each department.
