本課程目標，教導排球隊員具備有正確的認知，訓練具有精熟的基本技能，訓練課程內容著重在個人的基本能力與技巧，提昇團體的整合能力與比賽時的默契及抗壓性，並且能協助並籌劃各項比賽。
練習的過程除了著重在技術的養成之外，對於團體中同儕之間的互動與聚力的培養，並且講授相關的競賽規則，能執行裁判工作。
個人的認知與技能的養成之外，能夠回歸到各班上或系上組織代表隊，讓各系的排球運動風氣的提昇。
