本課程目標,教導排球隊員具備有正確的認知,訓練具有精熟的基本技能,訓練課程內容著重在個人的基本能力與技巧,提昇團體的整合能力與比賽時的默契及抗壓性,並且能協助並籌劃各項比賽。
練習的過程除了著重在技術的養成之外,對於團體中同儕之間的互動與聚力的培養,並且講授相關的競賽規則,能執行裁判工作。
個人的認知與技能的養成之外,能夠回歸到各班上或系上組織代表隊,讓各系的排球運動風氣的提昇。
The purpose of this course is to teach volleyball teams to have correct knowledge and train with proficient basic skills. The training course content focuses on personal basic abilities and skills, improve the team's integration ability, tacit understanding and pressure resistance during the competition, and be able to assist and plan various competitions.
In addition to focusing on technical cultivation, the training process can perform referee work for interaction and concentration training in the group, and teach related competition rules.
In addition to personal knowledge and skills development, we can return to each class or department to organize representative teams to improve the volleyball sports atmosphere of each department.
