本課程目標,教導排球隊員具備有正確的認知,訓練具有精熟的基本技能,訓練課程內容著重在個人的基本能力與技巧,提昇團體的整合能力與比賽時的默契及抗壓性,並且能協助並籌劃各項比賽。
練習的過程除了著重在技術的養成之外,對於團體中同儕之間的互動與聚力的培養,並且講授相關的競賽規則,能執行裁判工作。
個人的認知與技能的養成之外,能夠回歸到各班上或系上組織代表隊,讓各系的排球運動風氣的提昇。
