本課程之內容主要是針對身心障礙之學生,提供個別化之適性教學。依學生不同之狀況,實施個別化分組教學,視學生之能力及需求給予不同之上課內容,而運動規則依需要酌予修改,使其能適應學習情境及增進參與活動之興趣,增進運動保健之認知,並養成運動習慣,提升身體適能,進而改善生活品質。
The content of this course is mainly aimed at providing individualized and appropriate teaching for students with physical and mental disabilities. According to the different situations of students, individual group teaching is implemented, and different class contents are given according to the students' abilities and needs. The exercise rules are modified as needed to adapt to the learning situation and increase interest in participating in activities, and to enhance the benefits of sports health. Cognition, and develop exercise habits, improve physical fitness, and thereby improve the quality of life.
