The purpose of this course is to practice English by entering and using the online virtual world named There. The class will consist of various speaking activities; such as, talking to people at There.com, class discussions, and making videos [see: http://www2.thu.edu.tw/~waldrop/webclass.htm]. There.com is an integral part of the program for contacting people in the USA whom wish to have cultural exchanges with us. There is also a Discussion Board on the class website for informal discussions [see: http://www2.thu.edu.tw/~waldrop/webclass.htm ]
