教育目標 Course Target

自87學年度請本講座邀請蔣飛傑出校友返校給予在學師生公開演講,開啟本校辦理校友卓越講座。因此每學期由各系邀請本校在學術界、產業界、非營利組織的表現傑出的校友返校藉由講學或是公開演講的方式,除了的傳承知識、能力與學習經驗外,指引學弟妹在人生道途上的迷思與明燈,使之對人生的態度上能有更積極正向的成長。 有鑑於校友卓越講座評審委員會的建議,能將行之有年的校友卓越講座,變成課程,讓非原屬於返校講座學長的同系學弟妹也可以有機會聆聽與學習,就業輔導暨校友聯絡室經與通識中心的討論,於101學年度開始,在通識自主學習領域開設這門課程,以供全校同學選修。此外,針對特定卓越講座的主題,安排在茂榜廳進行,改採以全校師生為對象的「東海講座」方式辦理。 此「自主學習:校友卓越講座」課程為本校第一門沒有固定上課地點與時間,當然在安排上會協調以中午12:40-14:00為主要時段。同時返校講演的校友專長相當多元,讓修課學生可以接觸到非專業領域的知識,不但輔合本校全人教育的理想,可是為本校綠色博雅的訓練之一。 課程目標: 1. 啟動本校學生非一般課程模式的自主學習模式轉換 2. 透過返校講座校友分享學習經歷、職涯發展、生涯歷程的轉換,提升對個人生涯發展的積極態度與正向成長力量。 3. 跨領域知識的學習經驗,有助未來在職涯或生涯上的創意、創新能力的學習。 4. 協助認識大學學習的豐富性、多元性與延展性 5. 引導學生接受時間管理、壓力調適、危機管理、企業倫理的重要性。Since the 1987 academic year, this lecture has invited outstanding alumni Jiang Fei to return to school to give public lectures to current teachers and students, marking the beginning of the school’s alumni excellence lectures. Therefore, each semester, each department invites alumni with outstanding performance in academia, industry, and non-profit organizations to return to school to give lectures or public speeches. In addition to passing on knowledge, abilities and learning experience, they also guide the younger students in their careers. The myths and beacons on the road of life enable them to grow more positively in their attitude towards life. In view of the recommendations of the Alumni Excellence Lecture Review Committee, the long-standing Alumni Excellence Lecture can be turned into a course, so that students in the same department who are not the original returning lecture seniors can also have the opportunity to listen and learn, Career Counseling and Alumni Liaison Office After discussions with the General Studies Center, starting from the 101 academic year, this course was launched in the field of independent study of general studies for all students in the school to take. In addition, specific outstanding lecture topics are arranged to be held in the Maobang Hall, and are instead conducted in the form of "East China Sea Lectures" targeting teachers and students throughout the school. This "Autonomous Learning: Alumni Excellence Lecture" course is the first course in our school that does not have a fixed class location and time. Of course, the arrangement will be coordinated with 12:40-14:00 as the main time period. At the same time, the expertise of the alumni who returned to the school to give lectures was quite diverse, allowing students taking the course to gain access to knowledge in non-professional fields. This not only complements the school's ideal of whole-person education, but is also one of the school's green liberal arts trainings. Course objectives: 1. Initiate the transformation of the independent learning model of our school students into non-general course models 2. Through homecoming lectures, alumni share their learning experiences, career development, and career transitions to enhance their positive attitude toward personal career development and the power of positive growth. 3. The learning experience of cross-field knowledge will help you learn creativity and innovation ability in your future career or career. 4. Help understand the richness, diversity and scalability of university learning 5. Guide students to accept the importance of time management, stress adjustment, crisis management, and corporate ethics.
