自87學年度請本講座邀請蔣飛傑出校友返校給予在學師生公開演講,開啟本校辦理校友卓越講座。因此每學期由各系邀請本校在學術界、產業界、非營利組織的表現傑出的校友返校藉由講學或是公開演講的方式,除了的傳承知識、能力與學習經驗外,指引學弟妹在人生道途上的迷思與明燈,使之對人生的態度上能有更積極正向的成長。
有鑑於校友卓越講座評審委員會的建議,能將行之有年的校友卓越講座,變成課程,讓非原屬於返校講座學長的同系學弟妹也可以有機會聆聽與學習,就業輔導暨校友聯絡室經與通識中心的討論,於101學年度開始,在通識自主學習領域開設這門課程,以供全校同學選修。此外,針對特定卓越講座的主題,安排在茂榜廳進行,改採以全校師生為對象的「東海講座」方式辦理。
此「自主學習:校友卓越講座」課程為本校第一門沒有固定上課地點與時間,當然在安排上會協調以中午12:40-14:00為主要時段。同時返校講演的校友專長相當多元,讓修課學生可以接觸到非專業領域的知識,不但輔合本校全人教育的理想,可是為本校綠色博雅的訓練之一。
課程目標:
1. 啟動本校學生非一般課程模式的自主學習模式轉換
2. 透過返校講座校友分享學習經歷、職涯發展、生涯歷程的轉換,提升對個人生涯發展的積極態度與正向成長力量。
3. 跨領域知識的學習經驗,有助未來在職涯或生涯上的創意、創新能力的學習。
4. 協助認識大學學習的豐富性、多元性與延展性
5. 引導學生接受時間管理、壓力調適、危機管理、企業倫理的重要性。Since the 1987th year, please invite the alumni from flying to return to school to give lectures to students at the school to start a lecture on the excellence of alumni at our school. Therefore, each department invites alumni from the school who are expressed in the academic, industrial and non-profit organizations to return to school through lectures or public lectures, in addition to inheriting knowledge, ability and learning experience, to guide students and sisters in the school. The myths and lights on the path of life can make it more positive and positive in terms of life's attitude.
The recommendations of the Alumni Excellence Lecture Review Committee can turn a long-time Alumni Excellence Lecture into a course, so that the same-department siblings who are not originally a returnee can also have the opportunity to listen and learn, and to work in the career guidance and alumni contact room. The discussion with the General Knowledge Center began in the 101th year and this course was established in the General Knowledge Self-Learning field for students across the school to choose from. In addition, the theme of specific excellence lectures was arranged at Maobang Hall and was changed to the "Tonghai lectures" method, which is targeted by all teachers and students.
This "Independent Learning: Alumni Excellence Lecture" course is the first school's school without a fixed attendance location and time. Of course, the main period will be adjusted from 12:40 to 14:00 noon as the main period. The alumni leaders who returned to school to perform at the same time were quite diverse, allowing students to access non-professional knowledge. This not only fits the ideal of the school's whole-person education, but is one of the green and elegant trainings of the school.
Course Target:
1. Start the transformation of the independent learning mode for students in this school without the general course mode
2. Through the return to school lecture, alumni share learning experience, career development, and career journey, they will enhance their positive attitude and positive growth power for personal career development.
