一人一故事劇場(Playback Theatre/簡稱PBT)著重傾聽、同理、接納、轉化與鏡照，並強調肢體與聲音的自發性表達與深度同理，是一種即興互動式的民眾劇場。
一人一故事劇場課程有個願景：以說故事及早期部落的劇場儀式美學為媒介，提供現今社區實踐整合的社會功能，重新聯繫起人們彼此之間失去的連結。Playback Theater (PBT for short) focuses on listening, empathy, acceptance, transformation and mirroring, and emphasizes spontaneous expression and deep empathy of body and voice. It is an improvised and interactive popular theater.
The One Person, One Story theater course has a vision: to use storytelling and the theater ritual aesthetics of early tribes as a medium to provide social functions integrated with today's community practices and reconnect people with each other's lost connections.
