教育目標 Course Target
全球化的概念，含蓋了經濟學、社會學、法學、哲學、歷史學以及政治學等範疇。跨國犯罪現象也適用全球化這個概念。全球化的概念並不屬於法律構成要件的概念，而是不斷經由經濟、社會、政治、文化、以及法律體系結構交互影響而成。刑法的全球化(Globalisierung des Strafrechts)這個概念較少從經濟學以及國家行為本課程的上課目標，希望藉由跨國犯罪之認識，了解國際的情勢與脈動，具備廣博的世界觀，或能尊重或包容不同文化間的差異。
The concept of globalization includes economics, society, law, philosophy, history and politics. The concept of globalization is also applicable to the transnational crime phenomenon. The concept of globalization does not belong to the concept of the elements of legal structure, but is constantly influenced by the interaction of economy, society, politics, culture, and legal system. The concept of globalization of criminal law (Globalisierung des Strafrechts) is less likely to be based on economics and national practices as the course’s goals. It hopes to understand international situations and movements through the knowledge of transnational crime, have a broad world view, or be able to respect or tolerate differences between different cultures.
